Our co-op adapted to the pandemic by introducing an online shopping and curbside pickup service, which was well received during the height of the pandemic. However, as restrictions have eased and the number of infections decreased, we have noticed a drop in its usage. The program is expensive to maintain, with costs not only for the service but also for staff labor to keep the product information updated. Unfortunately, the number of users is currently too low for us to justify the cost of continuing the online shopping platform. As a result, we had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the service on July 31st, 2023. Nevertheless, we will still accept phone orders and process payments as before.
