To submit a special order, you must first use the UNFI portal to find the item numbers (instructions below), then call or come by either store location to fill out a special order form. We are no longer accepting Google Form orders.

- Find the 5 digit item # provided on the portal. Save this information for when you submit the order form with us. We cannot place your order without this information and may delay orders. Description and brand of product also ensure we are preparing the right items.
- Once you have your product numbers, call your respective store location or drop by in-person. Submit your special order information along with your name and phone number.
REMINDER: DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE UNFI PORTAL. YOU MUST GO THROUGH THE CO-OP TO SUBMIT ANY UNFI ORDERS. HITTING SUBMIT ON THIS PORTAL WILL NOT RESULT IN YOUR PRODUCT BEING ORDERED CORRECTLY.
